云錫搖床基本結(jié)構(gòu)云錫搖床主要由床面、床頭、溜動(dòng)設(shè)備三大部分組成。床面由床架部分和給礦槽等部分組成。床面分有粗砂床面和刻槽床面。根據(jù)選礦粒度和濃度的不同選擇適當(dāng)?shù)拇裁妫ǜ奖恚４裁嬷卧诹飫?dòng)設(shè)備上，由床頭掛鉤連接床面，在床頭的推動(dòng)下使床面往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行選礦。床頭系采用偏心軸帶動(dòng)偏心滾輪來(lái)推動(dòng)搖桿支臂，使搖桿支臂叉推動(dòng)聯(lián)接丁頭螺桿，因而使螺桿往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)。床頭潤(rùn)滑軸承系采用ZQSN5-5-5材料作為滑動(dòng)軸承，具有噪音小轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活等特點(diǎn)。溜動(dòng)設(shè)備部分主要是用來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)選礦設(shè)備所需要坡度，利用手輪調(diào)節(jié)斜度托板，使床面產(chǎn)生坡度、
